Jon's Work Vita
Who I am
I use my knowledge to build, deliver and improve IT systems for the Western community so that they can transform their work and get to the business of helping students in an engaged and authentic way. I am an IT Leader with experience with data center infrastructure, virtualization, public/private/hybrid cloud and customer support. I have a strong passion in professional development, improving work processes and environment. In my current role I have successfully proposed, designed and delivered multiple, organization-wide transformations that work across the institution where I was able to leverage my passion for communicating, collaborating, and turning that information into recommendations for decision makers with clear, concise implementation plans.
